Gazprom Tsentrenergogaz AO is a Russia-based company, which is involved in the installation, repair works and maintenance services of oil and gas technical equipment, among other activities. It provides spare parts for gas pumping units, maintenance of gas-pumping, power mechanical and other equipment for Gazprom OAO's gas facilities located across the Russian Federation. Additionally, the Company owns Non Destructive Testing Laboratory, which conducts the following activities: Vibration diagnostics for turbo-compressor and turbo-expander aggregates; Balancing of shafts for power-mechanical equipments; Quality control of welded joints of process pipelines, tanks, building structures, as well as analysis of chemical composition of metals, among others. It operates through numerous subsidiaries, which are located mainly in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Lipetsk, Samara, Yekaterinburg and Saratov.
