Gazprom Promgaz AO (Gazprom promgaz OJSC) is a Russia-based company engaged in the provision of design and research, engineering, testing and other services for gas, heating and electric power market. The Company is principally involved in the scientific research concerning gas and energy projects, as well as gas distribution systems operation, including diagnostics, reconstruction, repair and maintenance management and development, engineering, construction, certification and introduction of gas-using equipment. The Company provides its services mainly to Gazprom OAO and other companies engaged in the Gazprom group. It has one wholly owned subsidiary Kamenskiy zavod gazoispol'zuyushchego oborudovaniya OOO (KZGO OOO) and one affiliated company Ekoservis OOO. As of June 30, 2014, the Company's major shareholder was Gazprom OAO.
