Gateway Casinos Income Fund Share Price

Gateway Casinos Income Fund (the Fund) is an open-ended limited purpose trust. The Fund has been formed to hold securities of Gateway Trust and to receive distributions relating thereto. It does not conduct an active business. During the year ended December 31, 2006, 100% of the revenue of the Fund was derived from securities of Gateway Trust. Gateway Trust is an open-ended limited purpose trust, formed by the Gateway Trust Agreement, to hold, directly and indirectly, securities of the Partnership, and to receive distributions relating thereto, and to make the Secured Loans to the Gateway Casinos Inc. subsidiaries, and receive interest income relating thereto. The Fund and Gateway Trust have entered into an agreement with Gateway G.P., whereby Gateway G.P. provides administrative services for the Fund. As of November 15, 2007, New World Gaming Partners Ltd. had acquired approximately 94% of the total outstanding units of the Fund.
