Gaming Corps has entered into a wide agreement of cooperation with Kaizen Gaming. The agreement involves distribution via aggregator iSoftbet of Gaming Corps' complete iGaming portfolio to Kaizen Gaming's online casinos under the Stoiximan and Betano brands. It also includes exclusivity for Stoiximan on upcoming multiplier games within the iJect series in Greece, and for Gaming Corps to develop a customised branded version of the upcoming Blackjack game for Betano, the international brand that Kaizen Gaming operates under on Portuguese, Romanian, Brazilian and German markets. Finally, Gaming Corps will develop a tailor-made Multiplier Game adapted to the Greek market, which will be offered exclusively by Stoiximan.

'This agreement with Kaizen Gaming is significant for Gaming Corps and is also indicative of the type of broad partnerships that are available to the Company moving forward. The agreement comprises both distribution and some exclusivity, as well as brand customisation and bespoke development of games based on specific preferences in a geographical area. This represents a comprehensive and long-term combination of offers that we believe will benefit both us and Kaizen Gaming, a type of partnership we strive to establish with several other counterparts. This agreement also gives Gaming Corps a strong presence in Greece thanks to the solid position of the Stoiximan brand. I want to extend a warm welcome to Kaizen Gaming, we are very happy for this new addition to the Gaming Corps family.' says Juha Kauppinen, CEO, Gaming Corps.

'In Kaizen Gaming, we have a partner who operates in multiple regulated jurisdictions with a number of market leading brands that are household names within the industry. Their main markets align well with the key markets we have in mind when developing our products, so naturally given their success with similar product types, it made sense to partner up and incorporate their knowledge into our current and future portfolio. I am very much looking forward to working with the Kaizen Gaming team to expand the boundaries and possibilities of our new product lines. It's also great to find a strategic partner with whom we will first enter the Greek regulated market.' says Alex Lorimer, Head of Business Development, Gaming Corps.
