Under the terms, Chandra Prakash Agrawal and Ashutosh Agrawal acquired an additional 0.29 million shares and 0.13 million shares respectively. After completion of the transaction, Chandra Prakash Agrawal and Ashutosh Agrawal hold 18.54% stake and 0.93% stake respectively in Gallantt Ispat Limited.
