Start Up Co., Ltd. signed a contract to acquire an additional 53.26% stake in Woori Business Establishment Investment Co., Ltd. from GaeaSoft (KOSDAQ:A051160) for KRW 3.4 billion on July 3, 2015. Start Up will acquire an additional 13.3 million shares and pay KRW 1.5 billion on July 3, 2015 and remaining KRW 1.9 billion on December 31, 2015. The Board of Directors of GaeaSoft resolved the deal on July 3, 2015.
The deal is expected to complete on December 31, 2015.
