BUSINESS UPDATE

This announcement is made by Fullwealth International Group Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") on a voluntary basis to inform its shareholders and potential investors of the latest information about the Group.

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") from time to time reviews its existing businesses and explores other business opportunities with a view to diversify the business of the Group. The Board is pleased to announce that the Group intends to commence a new education business, which may include education and training courses related to performing arts (collectively referred to as "New Business Activities"). The Board believes that the New Business Activities will be an important step in the diversification and expansion of the Group's business, which is expected to benefit the Company and its shareholders as a whole.

In 2021, Hainan Fullwealth International Education Co., Ltd.* (海南富匯國際教育有限公司) ("Fullwealth International Education"), a new indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company in the People's Republic of China (the "PRC") has obtained the relevant licenses for the education business from Hainan Province of the PRC, enabling it to engage in the education and training business related to performing arts and culture in the PRC.

Fullwealth International Education has officially operated and launched its first education and training course related to performing arts and culture on the date of this announcement. Ms. Ma Xiaoqiu, the Chairman of the Company and the principal of Fullwealth International Education, and Ms. Liu Xinyi, the chief executive officer of the Company and the founder of Fullwealth International Education, presided over the relevant grand opening ceremony in Sanya, Hainan on 4 May 2021. Local officials and cultural celebrities attended the grand opening ceremony, including Mr. Chen Mo, member of the party committee & deputy director of Sanya Central Business District Administration, Ms. Gong Weidan, vice

chairman of Sanya Women's Federation* (三亞巿婦聯); Mr. Qiao Wanjun, principal of Hainan Film Academy; Ms. Lu Honglin, deputy editor-in-chief of China News-Law Supervision* (中國新聞監督研 究中心與情法制網); Mr. Wang Huiyuan, director of CITIC Tourism Group Co., Ltd; Mr. Meng Meng,

In the future, Fullwealth International Education will carry out relevant skill level evaluations and issue relevant recognised certificates in accordance with the standards and regulations and will greatly enhance the reputation of the Group and brand influence so as to further expand the Group's leading position in the relevant business fields in the PRC. With a comprehensive understanding of national policies and industry standards, the Group will carry out education and training related to performing arts and culture in strict accordance with these policies and standards, effectively improve our school's operating standards, and provide higher quality education and training services.
