Freetech Road Recycling Technology (Holdings) Limited (“Freetech”, or the “Group;” stock code: HK.6888), a leading asphalt pavement maintenance (the “APM”) integrated solution provider, is pleased to announce that Freetech Dongfang Road Recycling Engineering Co., Ltd. (“Freetech Ordos”), a joint venture of the Group, successfully completed a Hot-in-Place recycling project in Erenhot, Inner Mongolia, with a total serviced area of 460,000 square meters. Freetech Ordos, jointly invested and established by Freetech Road Recycling Corporation and Ordos Dongfang Holdings Group in 2011, was the first Hot-in-Place recycling asphalt pavement maintenance contractor in Inner Mongolia.

This project in Erenhot included 15 main roads in the city with a total length of nearly 30,000 meters. It had higher requirements of construction, because of a heavy workload, frequent transitions, and the duration of construction couldn’t be over 2 months. By using Hot-in-Place recycling technology of Freetech, the joint venture of the Group not only solved the road problem, but also enhanced the efficiency of the construction as the daily construction volume reached 9,000 square meters. In addition, Freetech equipment efficiently transited among 15 municipal roads, which fully demonstrated its flexibility and mobility through modular combination of the single units. In addition to traffic congestion relief, eliminating waste emissions was also included in the project which had a significant energy saving effect. In total, the features and comprehensive advantages of the Group were fully demonstrated.

The success of this project fully reflected Freetech’s commitment to advancing Hot-in-Place recycling technology in Inner Mongolia. Looking ahead, the Group will continue to use its technological advantage to actively expand its business and bring greater benefits to its investors.
