Freetech Road Recycling Trains providing the road upgrading services for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit in Qingdao

From June 9thto 10th, the 18thmeeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization was held in Qingdao. Qingdao people began to upgrade the main roads in March this year in order to host the event successfully,

Before the grand opening of the summit, large-scale urban roads upgrading projects were facing many difficulties: time is tight, can it be completed on schedule? Environmental control is strict, the supply of huge amount of asphalt mixture is seriously insufficient, how to solve the problems? The traffic flow is heavy, will the large-scale construction has a serious impact on the daily life of the local citizen. How to avoid it?

Faced with difficulties, the host invited Freetech as the 'road doctor' to solve these problems.

The city administration manager in charge of the Qingdao West Coast New District said: 'This is the first time to introduce the Hot-in-place road recycling technology to Qingdao area of which the construction speed is fast and the efficiency is high. The road can be opened immediately after the project. Freetech Hot-in-place recycling trains can be operated simultaneously at night, and the traffic control is so easy during the day which minimizing the impact of road maintenance projects to the citizen's daily life.'

By using this new road maintenance technologies, the most direct benefit it brought is to the environmental protection. There is no dust and no solid waste discharge during the whole construction process, and release lower quantities of carbon dioxide. The road maintenance procedures adopted assembly line operation and high degree of mechanization, and only took one lane, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved compared with the traditional technology.
