Free Flow, Inc. announced the first shipment of scrap metal under a recently consummated 12-month scrap metal purchasing agreement with Fuji Mountain Electrical Devices (Fuji). In addition to the first shipment, the Company is speeding up its processes and procurement for future shipments. The Fuji purchasing agreement has a target of approximately 50,000 lbs.

Free Flow, Inc. consists of multiple operating subsidiary businesses and divisions, which include Free Flow Auto Auction, Accurate Auto Parts, Inc., HYGIENIQ.COM, and Motors & Metals, Inc. Free Flow Auto Auction is a management services organization overseeing the auction and related activities for an online auto auction platform. Accurate Auto Parts, Inc. builds a covered auto recycling facility for disassembly, warehousing, and shipping of used auto parts and tires on its over 19-acre facility in King George, Virginia. HYGIENiQ is a sterilizing, deodorizing, and air-purifying technology. Metals and Motors, Inc. is a scrap metal processing company, which is focused on processing scrap metal, primarily from automobiles, to initially produce 3,000 metric tons of shredded steel per month. It also processes catalytic converters for recovery of precious metals.
