Payment of Management Fees By Way of Units in Frasers Centrepoint Trust

Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd. (the "Company"), as the Manager of Frasers

Centrepoint Trust ("FCT"), announces that the Company has an 23 January 2014 received 350,516

Units in FCT issued at a price of S$1.7506 per Unit (the "lssue Price") in payment of 20% of its management fees far the period from 1 October 2013 to 31 December 2013 (the "Relevant Period").

The payment of the Company's management fees in the form of Units is provided far in the trust deed constituting FCT dated 5 June 2006 (as amended). The lssue Price is the volume weighted average price of the Units traded an the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited far the last ten business days of the Relevant Period.

With the above issue of Units, the Company holds an aggregate of 25,424,951 Units and the total numbers of Units in issue is 825,054,951.
