Its overseas development properties include its maiden project, Premier Tower, a skyscraper mixed-use development located in Melbourne, Australia, and NV Apartments, freehold apartments located in the Central Business District of Perth, Western Australia. FGL's property investment portfolio includes prime commercial properties situated in and near Singapore's Central Business District (CBD) and a seafront food and beverage outlets and an industrial building.
