Fragrance Group Limited Announces Resignation of Teo Cheng Luang as Independent Director, Chairman of Nominating Committee and Members of the Audit and Remuneration Committee

Fragrance Group Limited announced that due to health reasons, Mr. Teo Cheng Kuang resigned as Independent Director after 16 years serving as board of Fragrance Group Limited. He will also relinquish the role of Chairman of Nominating Committee and members of the Audit and Remuneration Committee.
