Four Springs Capital, LLC acquired single tenant net lease assets including an industrial property and four retail asset for approximately $34 million in September, 2014. The retail assets include a 71,917 square foot academy sports store in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, a 71,541 square foot academy sports store in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and two 9,026 square foot Dollar Generals located in Yulee and Middleburg, Florida.

Four Springs Capital, LLC completed the acquisition of single tenant net lease assets including an industrial property and four retail asset in September, 2014.

Four Springs Capital Trust is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Trust is focused on acquiring, owning and actively managing a diversified portfolio of single-tenant, income producing commercial properties throughout the United States that are subject to long-term net leases. The Trust manages a portfolio of single-tenant, income producing industrial, medical, service/necessity retail and office properties throughout the United States. The Trust seeks to acquire single-tenant net lease properties with a focus on real estate attributes that can provide superior long-term prospects for rental rate increases, occupancy and re-leasing performance. It operates through two segments: The Real Estate Segment and the Investment Management Segment. The Real Estate Segment activities consist of acquiring real estate properties for long-term holding periods. The Trust has ownership interests in approximately 156 properties located in 32 states, operating in 37 different industries.
