Forward Water Technologies Corp. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the commercialization of its forward osmosis technology. The technology allows businesses to clean their wastewater that would otherwise require costly disposal. The Company is focused on the implementation of its technology in multiple sectors, including industrial wastewater, oil and gas, mining, agriculture and ultimately, municipal water supply and re-use market sectors. In addition, the Company has initiated early-stage research and development (R&D) for the treatment of food and beverage process streams. The Forward Osmosis (FO) is a natural membrane process found in nature capable of extracting pure water from impure sources. Its services include lab & pilot plant services, operation services and mobile FO services. It serves various industries, including Industries lithium, mining, brine management, oil & gas and Zero-Liquid Discharge (ZLD) and Minimal Liquid Discharge (MLD).
