Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - June 3, 2024) - Forum Energy Metals Corp. (TSXV: FMC) (OTCQB: FDCFF) ("Forum" or the "Company") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up to 7,407,407 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.135 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000 (the "Offering"). Each Unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share (each a "Warrant Share") at a price of $0.20 per Warrant Share for a period of 24 months following closing of the Offering.

The proceeds from the Offering will be used for working capital and the Offering is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. Finder's fees may be payable in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and all securities to be issued will be subject to a four month hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws.
