WOORI Investment & Securities Co., Ltd., Investment Arm and Hana Daetoo Securities Co., Ltd., Investment Arm acquired 5.99% stake in Formetal Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A119500) from Sewon Oh and Ki-Jeong Kim for KRW 4.3 billion on September 24, 2012. WOORI and Hana each acquired 0.18 million shares at the price of KRW 12,000 per share. Sewon Oh and Ki-Jeong Kim each sold 0.18 million shares. Sewon Oh and seven other investors combined holding has been reduced to 3.71 million shares.

FORMETAL CO., LTD. is a Korea-based company engaged in the forging business. The Company provides automobile parts, including spindles, knuckles, yokes, arms, connecting rods, cam shafts and others; new and renewable energy source and automation machine parts, including shafts, hold flanges, reduction gears, as well as robot components and others; military vehicle parts, including various arms, wheels and others; industrial machine parts, including bearings, valves, bonnets, railroad components, high pressure valves and others, and agricultural machine parts, including cam shafts, connecting rods and crank shafts. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
