Fns Bancshares Inc. is a bank holding company of FNB Bank. FNB Bank is a 17-unit retail and commercial bank serving central and southeast Tennessee, northwest Georgia, and northeast Alabama. It is primarily engaged in offering loans services for commercial, financial and agricultural purposes, real estate-mortgage, real-estate construction and consumer loans services. Its net loan approximately amounts to $ 463.9 million. The Bank invests its deposits in United States-based government sponsored enterprises, mortgage-backed securities, corporate securities, and state county and municipal securities.
