Flyr AS - Removal of shares

Oslo Børs has decided to remove the shares of Flyr AS from trading on Euronext
Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Euronext Growth Oslo Rule Book - Part II section 3.17.2
(1), cf. Securities Trading Act § 9-30 (1), Oslo Børs has on 14 February 2023
made the following resolution: 

"The shares of Flyr AS are removed from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo as of 16
February 2023.

Last day of trading will be 15 February 2023."

Flyr AS is a Norway-based low-cost passenger airline. The Company was founded in 2020 and is focused on serving the Norwegian market with domestic and international flights from its base at Oslo Airport. It offers flights to Norwegian and other European destinations. All customer bookings and changes have to be made using the Flyr mobile app.
