From October 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017, the company has repurchased 1,971,129 shares, representing 0.37% for $35.05 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 5,333,322 shares, representing 1% for $90.02 million under the buyback announced on August 18, 2017.
Flex Ltd. is engaged in providing a portfolio of manufacturing solutions and services. The Company operates through three segments: Flex Agility Solutions (FAS), and Flex Reliability Solutions (FRS).
