ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE RESOLUTION PASSED

AT THE FIRST MEETING OF THE NINTH SESSION OF

THE SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of First Tractor Company Limited* (the "Company") warrant that there are no false representations or misleading statements contained in, or material omissions from, this announcement, and jointly and severally accept responsibilities for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of this announcement.

The first meeting of the ninth session of the Supervisory Committee (the "Meeting") was convened by way of communication on 13 April 2022. The attended supervisors of the Meeting shall be 5, and 5 supervisors attended the Meeting. The following resolutions were passed at the Meeting:

The Resolution in relation to the Election of Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Company was considered and approved

Yang Yu, a supervisor, was elected as the Chairman of the ninth session of the Supervisory Committee of the Company for a term effective from 13 April 2022 until the expiration of term of office of the ninth session of the Supervisory Committee of the Company on 12 April 2025.

Voting results: Approving votes: 5; Dissenting votes: 0; Abstention votes: 0.

Biography of Mr. Yang Yu is as follows:

Mr. Yang Yu, born in August 1974, is a senior engineer, currently serves as the chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Company, a standing member of the Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of YTO Group Corporation ("YTO"). Mr. Yang joined YTO in September 2021, and served as the assistant to the general manager and a member of the Discipline Inspection Commission of China Electric Apparatus Research Institute Co., Ltd., secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and a member of the Party Committee of Guilin Electric Apparatus Research Institute Co., Ltd.. Mr. Yang studied in Zhejiang University with a bachelor's degree in engineering. Mr. Yang has extensive experience in corporate management, scientific research and discipline inspection and supervision.
