First Keystone Corporation and First Keystone Community Bank Announce Resignation of J. Gerald Bazewicz from the Boards of Directors

On August 9, 2016, J. Gerald Bazewicz submitted his resignation, effective December 31, 2016, from the Boards of Directors of First Keystone Corporation and First Keystone Community Bank. Mr. Bazewicz has been the Vice Chairman of the Board of the corporation and the bank since 2012 and has served continuously on the Board of Directors of the Corporation and the Bank since 1986. The resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the corporation or bank on any matter relating to their operations, policies or practices.
