Fiore Gold Ltd. is a Canada-based gold production and development company. The Company is focused on the exploration of precious metal projects in the United States. The Company's projects include Gold Rock Project, Illipah Gold Project and Golden Eagle Project. Its Illipah gold project is located in White Pine County, Nevada, approximately 36 km northeast of its Gold Rock project at the southern end of the prolific Carlin Trend. The Illipah gold project covers approximately 1,600 hectares. It holds Gold Rock Project through its wholly owned subsidiary, GRP Gold Rock, LLC. The Gold Rock Project consists of approximately 20,300-hectare contiguous land package on the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend. The Company's Golden Eagle project is located in Ferry County, Washington approximately 4.8 km (3.0 miles) north-northwest of the town of Republic.
