The principal activity of the Company is to undertake the acquisition of one or more companies or businesses in the financial technology sector that offer new technologies that seek to improve and automate the delivery and use of financial services in Asia or from Asia into the Western economies. The Company has neither engaged in any operations nor generated any revenues.
