(i}Vide letter no. DoR.RAUG.No.S4762/24.01.002/2021-22 dated March 25, 2022 for referring Banks customers to Finwizard Technology Pvt. Ltd. (FISDOM) for Mutual Fund Distribution

(ii} Vide letter no. DoR.RAUG.No.54763/24.01.002/2021-22 dated March 25, 2022 for referring Banks customers to M/s. 5paisa Capital Limited for Demat/Trading service s under referral arrangement.

The requisite information pursuant to SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 for the aforesaid regulatory approvals are as under:
