Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On January 30, 2020, Charles Drucker, a Director and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (the "Corporation") notified the Corporation of his intention to retire from the Board and his employment with the Corporation effective March 1, 2020. Mr. Drucker's decision to retire from the Board and from his employment with the Corporation was not based upon any disagreements with the Board or the Corporation on matters related to the Corporation's operations, policies or practices.
