FUNO® ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DISTRIBUTION
Mexico City. February 9th, 2022.
Fibra Uno (BMV: FUNO11) ("FUNO" or "Fideicomiso Fibra Uno"), the first and largest real estate investment trust in Mexico and Latin America announces that today, february 9th, it made the distribution payment to its holders of CBFIs, which corresponds to the cash generated by operations during 4Q21.
As a result of 4Q21, Fibra Uno will distribute to its CBFI holders the amount of Ps. 2,581.1 million. The total distribution per CBFI is Ps. 0.6829; of which 100% corresponds to net fiscal result. This distribution is paid out of 4Q21 funds from operations. Resources from this distribution are NOT paid from retained cash from previous
quarters and the payout ratio corresponds to approximately 100% of FFO.
