Feria de Osorno SA is a Chile-based company engaged, through its subsidiaries, in the agricultural sector. The Company’s activities include the raising, auction and promotion of livestock; the processing and distribution of meat and dairy products, as well as import and distribution of agricultural machinery and raw materials. The Company is also active in the real estate sector. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as ABSO Ltda, Feria Ganaderos Osorno SA, Sociedad Inmobiliaria Ferias Unidas Ltda, Remates Feria Osorno Ltda, Inversiones Fegan SA, Frigorifico de Osorno SA, Ferosor Agricola SA and Lacteos Frutillar SA, and Inmobiliaria Duero Ltda and Inversiones MC&MC SA were its majority shareholders with 31.23% of its interest, respectively.
