Federal International Ltd Announces Resignation of Loh Eu Tse Derek as Non-Executive and Independent Director, Chairman of the Nominating Committee and Member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee

The Board of Directors of Federal International (2000) Ltd. announce the following changes in the composition of the Board and Board Committees: Mr. Loh Eu Tse Derek will be resigning as a Non-Executive and Independent Director of the Company with effect from 22 October 2021. Mr. Derek Loh shall ipso facto cease as the Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
