 rights and control the risk of mass gathering and
transmission, in case shareholders wish to attend the
 2022 Annual General Shareholders Meeting (the "Meeting")
in person,before entering the Meeting, please cooperate
 with COVID-19 rapid antigen tests or provide a certificate
 of negative COVID-19  RT-PCR test taken within two days
 (calendar days) prior to the Meeting date. The recommended
measures above aim to protect the health of shareholders
and it does not affect the shareholders' rights to participate
 in the Meeting.
