Nordea has initiated analytical coverage of FastPassCorp, registered at Nasdaq/FirstNorth/Copenhagen (FASTPC). The first analysis is available here:

Leading analyst is Claus Almer, Senior Equity Analyst.

According to the new EU regulation MFID (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive) banks can't no longer on their own initiative and costs make stock analysis. The analysis must be cost covered by either the issuing company or the customers.

FastPassCorp has hence asked Nordea to perform an on-going coverage, starting with this first in-depth analysis.

The company board has decided that it is in the interest of the shareholders, that the market receives a professional assessment and coverage of potentials and risks regarding the stock.

It provides FastPass, an enterprise password management solution for both small and large enterprises, and Managed Service Providers.
