FastPassCorp A/S, formerly IT InterGroup a/s, is a Denmark-based company engaged in the development, marketing and sale of software. It provides FastPass, an enterprise password management solution for both small and large enterprises, and Managed Service Providers. Among the Company’s products are FastPass Entry, for organizations that only require a solution for a single Microsoft Active Directory domain; FastPass Enterprise, for larger organizations; FastPass ServiceProvider edition, for Managed Service Providers and Hosting Companies, as well as FastPass Synchronization, a module available for FastPass Enterprise and FastPass ServiceProvider edition. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had one wholly owned subsidiary, namely FPC ApS. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s largest shareholder was Fenicia invest A/S (23.7%).
