(2) The quotations include the new construction (phase one) on cold chain
logistics warehouse - assumption construction and basic construction of
NT$179,900,000 approved by the Board of Directors on 2020/07/29, the new
construction (phase two) on cold chain logistics warehouse of
NT$2,910,000,000 approved by the Board of Directors on 2021/01/05, and the
additional construction of NT$519,084,410. Therefore, it is appraised by two
 real estate appraisers on the new construction on cold chain logistics
warehouse (Total amount of the three contracts are NT$3,608,984,410).
