Sunny Health Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire Golf Course and Clubhouse in Sukagawa City, Fukushima from A.C HOLDINGS Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:1783) for ¥160 million on December 26, 2012. On December 26, 2012, fee of ¥161 million will be paid in full. Post acquisition, A.C HOLDINGS Co.,Ltd. will stop the business of Fukushimakukou Golf Club Co., Ltd. which is the operating entity of the Fukushimakukou Golf Club. The deal was resolved by Board of Directors of A.C HOLDINGS Co.,Ltd. on December 26, 2012 and is expected to close on January 15, 2013. An extraordinary profit of ¥40 million will be generated for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending on September 2013 due to the said fixed asset transfer.
