FURTHER DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

Reference is made to the announcements (the "Announcements") of Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited (the "Company") dated (i) 14 November 2017 and 19 December 2017 in relation to the Transaction; and (ii) 6 December 2017 and 22 December 2017 in relation to the delay in despatch of Circular. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

As stated in the announcement dated 22 December 2017, it was expected that the Circular will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company on or before 5 January 2018.

As additional time is required to finalise certain information to be included in the Circular, it is expected that the Circular will be despatched on or before 31 January 2018.
