FAN Communications, Inc. announced consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the quarter, the company reported net sales of JPY 6,840 million against JPY 7,785 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 626 million against JPY 871 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owner of parent was JPY 447 million against JPY 585 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share were JPY 6.09 against JPY 7.75 a year ago.
FAN Communications Inc is a Japan-based company engaged in offering affiliate advertising services. The Company operates in two business segments. The Cost Per Action (CPA) Ad Network Business is engaged in the provision of advertising service targeted at personal computer (PC) users under the name A8.net and cellular phone users under the name Moba8.net, as well as smart phone user under the name adcrops. The Cost Per Click (CPC)/Targeting Ad Network Business is engaged in the provision of service for operation type advertisement under the name nend and for retargeting advertisement distribution under the name nex8. The Company is also involved in the media business.
