PRESS RELEASE F.I.L.A. S.p.A : CHANGES TO THE 2017 FINANCIAL CALENDAR Milan, January 25, 2017 - F.I.L.A. - Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A. (cod. ISIN IT0004967292) announces that the Board of directors called to approve the Draft Financial Statements at 31 December 2016 will be held March 21, 2017, instead of March 24, 2017 as previously announced.
