(Oslo, 4 January 2010) Endre Rangnes is to leave his position as Chief Executive
Officer of EDB Business Partner ASA in order to join the Lindorff Group as its
CEO. The Board of Directors of EDB has appointed Executive Vice President
John-Arne Haugerud as Acting CEO.

"It is regrettable that Endre Rangnes is leaving EDB Business Partner. He has
been the CEO for almost 7 years, and has done a good job for the company. The
Board will start the process of recruiting his successor immediately," comments
Bjarne Aamodt, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Endre Rangnes was appointed as CEO of EDB Business Partner in April 2003. Under
his management, the company has become a significant player in the Nordic IT
services market. The company now has 6,000 employees in 13 countries.
