SIF Moldova : Important event - Prospectus prepared in order to consolidate the nominal value of a share issued by SIF Moldova SA

Important event to report: "Prospectus prepared in order to consolidate the nominal value of a share issued by SIF Moldova SA"

We inform the shareholders that based on EGMS Resolution no. 4 of January 13, 2016, SIF Moldova has submitted to ASF on January 18, 2016 the "Prospectus on consolidation the nominal value of the share SIF2", prepared by BT Securities in accordance with EC Regulation no. 809/2004.

After the approval of the "Prospectus" by ASF, it will start the consolidation and it will be set the exercise period of Contribution in cash / Restitution of contribution.

In accordance with EGMS resolutions no. 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10 of January 13, 2016 we submit in attach the "Stages and Calendar on the consolidation of the nominal value".

The phases of the operation will continue to run, independently of the application to intervene made by a shareholder (see current report of January 18, 2016), in consideration of binding and enforceable force of the Resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders which operates from the date of their adoption and considering that it is necessary to strictly enforce the majority legal will of the shareholders of SIF Moldova who have exercised their right to vote in the General Meeting.
