Eurona Wireless Telecom, S.A. (BME:EWT) acquired Sultan Telecom, SL for €10.9 million on August 5, 2016. The consideration is paid in cash and stock. In related transactions, Eurona Wireless Telecom acquired Hablaya S.A.U., Quantis Global, S.L. and Stonework Solutions, S.L. along with Sultan Telecom, SL in a combined deal value of €42.9 million. Eurona Wireless Telecom, S.A. (BME:EWT) completed the acquisition of Sultan Telecom, SL on August 5, 2016.
