Eurazeo has announced that the Supervisory Board has decided to appoint a new Management Board on Monday, with two chairmen, Christophe Bavière and William Kadouch-Chassaing, as well as Sophie Flak and Olivier Millet, appointed unanimously.

In a press release, the Group states that the Supervisory Board and Virginie Morgon have jointly decided to terminate her functions as Chairman and member of the Management Board.

The mandates of Nicolas Huet, Eurazeo's Corporate Secretary, and Marc Frappier, in charge of the Mid-large buyout activity, have also been terminated. They will remain in office until the end of April 2023.

The mission of this change in management board is "to accelerate Eurazeo's development towards third-party asset management, optimize the resource allocation strategy and continue to improve the company's financial and extra-financial performance for its clients and shareholders".

The functions of Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer will be rotated on an annual basis, according to the press release. The first Chairman of the Management Board will be Christophe Bavière, and the first Managing Director will be William Kadouch-Chassaing. (Written by Jean Terzian)
