Mid-Year 2022 Highlights Six months ended 03/31/2022 unless otherwise noted • Net income of $9.2 million compared to $8.5 million for the comparable period in 2021; earnings per share of $0.94, ROE 8.86%, ROA 0.99%. • Compared to six months ended 03/31/2021 revenue, net of interest expense, increased $1.3 million.
