Espec Corp. (TSE:6859) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 680,000 shares, representing 3.02% of its issued share capital for ¥1,324.64 million.
The shares will be repurchased at a price of ¥ 1,948 per share. The purpose of the program is to implement agile capital policy in response to changes in the corporate environment. As of September 30, 2022, the company has 22,549,321 issued shares and 1,232,073 shares in treasury.
