Esi Group: Briarwood Chase no longer holds any shares

On November 3, 2023, Briarwood Chase Management, acting on behalf of Briarwood Capital Partners LP, declared that it had crossed below the thresholds of 10% of the capital and 5% of the capital and voting rights of Esi Group, and no longer held any Esi Group shares.

This threshold crossing results from an off-market sale of Esi Group shares to Keysight Technologies.
