Escalade, Incorporated announced that Richard D. White informed the Board of Directors on March 21, 2020 that he will retire from Escalade’s Board of Directors effective as of the date of Escalade’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, expected to be held May 13, 2020. Therefore, Mr. White will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at the 2020 Annual Meeting. Mr. White has served as a director since 2004.
Escalade, Incorporated designs, manufactures, and sells sporting goods, fitness, and indoor/outdoor recreation equipment. It operates in one business segment: Sporting Goods (Escalade Sports). Escalade Sports manufactures, imports, and distributes sporting goods brands in basketball goals, archery, indoor and outdoor game recreation and fitness products through sporting goods retailers, specialty dealers, key on-line retailers, direct-to-consumer e-commerce, traditional department stores and mass merchants.
