Esautomotion strengthens its presence in press bending: ViS-800W CNCs are now compatible with the main angle gauges.

Esautomotion has announced the full compatibility of the ViS-800W series CNCs with the main angle gauge models.

To achieve this result, the software of these CNCs has been completely rewritten by Esautomotion and can now manage the best sensors and optical systems for measuring the bend angle.

"This is an important completion of our commercial offer in a strategic segment such as press bending" - Andrea Senzolo, General Manager of Esautomotion, declares - "This process requires great experience and maximum precision.Often, various tests are needed before arriving at the right bending angle: the operator must stop the machine, measure the angle obtained by hand, sometimes extracting the sheet of metal, and give the instructions back to the CNC.The loss of efficiency and profitability is understandable."

"Thanks to the new software, our CNC communicates in real time with the sensors applied to the bending machine, with a continuous and automated exchange of information and instructions: in this way it is possible to quickly arrive at the required angle, minimizing time and waste of material" - Senzolo adds.

The Vis-800W CNCs have been redesigned to work in total integration with the most popular devices available today for bending angle control:

  • Iris Plus di Lazer Safe
  • Lasercheck di Data M
  • Nano di Vision Components
  • Wenglor

"OEM customers and end users will have the possibility to choose the type of device depending on their needs, their experience and the type of press brake. It will also be possible to install the sensors and adapt our CNC to machines already in operation.Once again, Esautomotion's strong orientation towards offering customers integrated and truly turn-key automation solutions is confirmed" - Senzolo concludes.
