On November 16, 2022, Gregory J. Gutting notified Erie Indemnity Company (the Company) that he will retire as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company on April 30, 2023. Mr. Gutting has been employed by the Company for more than 35 years and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2016. The Company will immediately begin the process of identifying Mr. Gutting's replacement.
