The ERGIS Group announced group earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2015. For the quarter, the company reported revenue was PLN 163.6 million against PLN 162.2 million a year ago. Operating profit was PLN 2.0 million against PLN 4.6 million a year ago. EBITDA was PLN 8.4 million against PLN 9.6 million a year ago. Net profit (excl. impairment loss) was PLN 0.08 million against PLN 1.4 million a year ago. Net profit incl. impairment loss was PLN 37.2 million against PLN 1.4 million a year ago. The good operating results were achieved, in particular, due to the significant increase in sales of the innovative nano ERGIS film, the soft PVC sales results, and the development of sales of flexible laminates for food packaging.

In 2015 the group's revenue exceeded PLN 675 million, an increase of 1.1% compared to the previous year. Operating profit was PLN 30.5 million, slightly lower than that achieved in 2014 and EBITDA was PLN 55 million, an increase of 3.6%. It suffered a net loss due to impairment losses. Net profit excluding the impairment losses would amount to PLN 21.7 million, 13.6% more compared to 2014, which would be a record in the company's history.

The company announced that, in accordance with the dividend policy adopted, the management board intends to recommend to the general shareholders meeting that the dividend for 2015 should amount to PLN 0.16 per share.
