Ercros' polyvinyl chloride plant at Vila-Seca, Spain, will begin a reactor upgrade and capacity expansion in January 2017. The company will expand capacity by 20,000 tonnes/year and replace one of the plant's reactors between 24 January 2017 and mid-May 2017. It will also partially shut down PVC production at the plant during this time period, which will reduce availability to buyers.
