The EOH board of directors continues its drive to broaden and strengthen the skills needed to take EOH into phase two of its transformation journey. Having successfully concluded the ENS investigation and implemented the controls and procedures required for a JSE listed company, the Board announced the appointment of Ms Nosipho Molope and Ms Bharti Harie to the Board as independent non-executive directors with effect from 1 January 2021. Ms Molope is an independent non-executive director of a number of companies, including Old Mutual Life Assurance Company Limited, Mobile Telephone Networks Proprietary Limited (MTN SA) and MTN companies in Rwanda, Uganda, Swaziland and Zambia, Engen Limited and South 32 Coal Holdings Proprietary Limited. Ms Molope will be stepping down from some of the board during the first quarter of 2021 as she would have reached the end of her tenure on the boards. Ms Harie is an independent non-executive director on the boards of Lenmed Investments Limited, Ascendis Health Limited, St Davids Marist Inanda and Stefanutti Stocks Holdings Limited. Ms Harie was previously an independent non-executive director of Bel Equipment Limited, Mineworkers Investment Company (RF) (Pty) Limited and Lenmed Ethekwini Hospital and Heart Centre.
